- Are your treatments safe for my kids and pets?
- Yes. We use professional, EPA-registered products applied by trained, licensed technicians and follow all label directions. We are happy to talk through any specific concerns and let you know when it is safe to re-enter treated areas.
- What is a WDIR and do I need one?
- A WDIR (Wood-Destroying Insect Report) is an official inspection report often required for real estate transactions and refinancing. We are licensed to perform thorough termite inspections and issue WDIRs that meet North Carolina requirements.
- How quickly can you come out?

- Do you offer recurring or one-time service?
- Both. Whether you have a specific pest problem you want handled once or you want ongoing protection with a recurring plan, we will recommend the right approach for your home and budget.
